Cancellation by Guest
More Than 30 Days Before Arrival
Guests who cancel their booking more than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date may be eligible for a refund, excluding any non-refundable booking, processing, or service fees.
30 Days or Less Before Arrival
Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation or required by applicable law.
No-Show
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a “No-Show,” and no refund will be issued.
Booking Modifications
Requests to change booking dates or guest details are subject to availability and approval. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.
We cannot guarantee that requested changes will be accommodated.
Cancellation by Rheidiol
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control, property unavailability, safety concerns, or operational reasons, guests will be offered one of the following:
- An alternative accommodation, subject to availability; or
- A full refund of amounts paid for the affected booking.
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
Force Majeure
Refunds may not be available for cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather conditions
- Government restrictions or travel bans
- Public health emergencies
- Utility outages or infrastructure failures
- Other unforeseen events that prevent travel or occupancy
Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following charges may be non-refundable:
- Payment processing fees
- Third-party transaction fees
- Special service charges
- Any fees specifically identified as non-refundable at the time of booking
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, travel disruptions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
